FAQ
-
A mobile sauna is a fully functional sauna built on wheels. Ours is a cozy, wood-fired sanctuary that rolls into parks, events, and private bookings across Seattle. It’s insulated, heated to steamy perfection, and ready to host you for a surreal sweat session under the sky.
-
Book a session online, show up with a towel and your swimsuit, and step into our wood-fired cedar sauna. We’ll be preheated and ready to go. Sweat, steam, cool down, repeat. It’s communal, cozy, and parked near water for optional cold plunges. Simple as that.
-
Bring your swimsuit or gym clothes, a towel to sit on and one to dry off, and a water bottle to stay hydrated.
-
Shower first: Arrive clean—it's respectful and keeps the sauna fresh.
Sit on a towel: Protect the benches and your bum. Hygiene is hot.
Dress code: Swimwear or gym clothes
Limit your time: 10–20 minutes per round. Listen to your body.
Be kind, be chill: It’s a shared space. Make it welcoming for everyone.
-
Our cedar benches are beautiful, but they’re not fans of sweat stains. Please sit on a towel- your glutes will thank you, and so will the wood. Bring an extra clean towel for post-sauna freshness unless you enjoy air-drying like a majestic sea lion.
-
We’re rocking an iki wood-fired stove, which means you get that classic, crackling, cozy sauna.

Yes! If we’re near the waterfront, you can plunge into the sound or lake like a brave Nordic warrior. If not, we bring cold plunge pools so you can still get that “I just screamed into the void” refreshment.
