Good Day Sauna Monthly Membership — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Good Day Sauna Monthly Membership, including the Heat Seekers unlimited membership and any future membership tiers. By purchasing or renewing a membership, you agree to the following:

1. Membership Overview

  • The Heat Seekers membership provides unlimited sauna sessions for $120/month, with a limit of one visit per day.

  • Memberships are individual and may not be shared, transferred, or gifted.

  • Members must have an active account in our booking system to schedule sessions.

2. Billing & Auto-Renewal

  • Memberships are billed monthly on the date of purchase.

  • All memberships auto-renew each month unless canceled in accordance with Section 4.

  • By enrolling, you authorize Good Day Sauna to charge your saved payment method each billing cycle.

  • If a payment fails, we may pause your membership until payment is updated.

3. Booking & Usage

  • Members must book sessions through our online booking system.

  • “Unlimited” means one visit per day — this ensures fair access for all members.

  • Good Day Sauna reserves the right to adjust session availability, hours, or location operations as needed.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your membership at any time through your account or by contacting us directly.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle; we do not prorate or refund partial months.

  • Once a billing cycle has begun, the membership is active through that period.

5. Refunds

  • Membership fees are non-refundable, including for unused time, missed sessions, or schedule changes.

  • Exceptions may be considered in cases of documented medical need or extended closures initiated by Good Day Sauna.

6. Member Responsibilities

Members agree to:

  • Follow all posted sauna etiquette and safety guidelines.

  • Respect staff, other guests, and the shared nature of the space.

  • Use the sauna only if medically safe to do so and consult a healthcare provider if unsure.

  • Refrain from disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.

Good Day Sauna reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for violations of community guidelines or safety rules.

7. Facility Closures & Weather

  • Outdoor sauna operations may be affected by weather, maintenance, or park conditions/availability.

  • We may temporarily close or adjust hours for safety or operational reasons.

  • No refunds or credits are issued for short-term closures, though we will always communicate promptly and clearly.

8. Health & Liability

  • Sauna use involves heat exposure and may not be suitable for all individuals.

  • By participating, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of sauna use.

  • Good Day Sauna is not responsible for injuries, medical conditions, or personal property loss.

  • Members agree to use the facilities at their own risk and release Good Day Sauna from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Changes to Membership Terms

  • Good Day Sauna may update membership pricing, benefits, or terms with advance notice.

  • Continued membership after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Communication

  • Members agree to receive emails related to membership, scheduling, updates, and policy changes.

  • We keep communication minimal, relevant, and respectful of your inbox.
